D&D Window Solutions is seeking experienced Window & Door Installers to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and top-tier customer service.
- Install residential and commercial windows and doors with precision and professionalism.
- Safely remove and replace old units and ensure proper disposal.
- Protect customer property by preparing the workspace before installation.
- Accurately measure, cut, and fit products according to specifications and Florida Product Approval guidelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and manufacturer instructions.
- Perform caulking, sealing, weatherproofing, and glass installation with attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot unforeseen issues in the field to minimize delays.
- Complete installation documentation by taking and uploading photos of each step.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized job site.
- Collaborate with other trades on remodeling projects when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism.
- Complete required reporting in a google drive folder.
Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on experience in window and door installation preferred, but not required
- Strong carpentry, trim work, and general construction background is a plus
- Proficient with power tools (drills, saws, saws, etc.).
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and installation specifications.
- Comfortable lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in varied conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Takes pride in craftsmanship and in being the face of our company onsite.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
- Competitive Piece Rate (pay for performance) or Hourly $20 to $30
