Full job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist with 10 years of hands-on experience in precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with extensive knowledge of CNC programming, setup, operation, and quality control in a fast-paced production environment.
This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, tight tolerances, and continuous improvement practices. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Interpret complex blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T specifications
- Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and CMM equipment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with CNC programming (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar CAM software preferred)
- Experience machining a variety of materials (steel, aluminum, stainless, titanium, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
