Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain self-service car wash equipment, ensuring all stations are clean, functional, and ready for customer use
- Assist customers with operating the wash bays, providing guidance on equipment use.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, trash removal.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of car wash operations,
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively and foster a positive experience
- Valid driver’s license and cell phone required.
- Experience in custodial or janitorial roles is advantageous but not mandatory
