Quick-Lube Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Quick Lube Asssistant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position, 38-45 hours per week.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for ensuring the customers are greeted courteously and receive a high level of customer service
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
• Provide a customer experience above industry standard and maintain high review ratings
• Complete work accurately and quickly, allowing customers to remain in their vehicles
• Perform multi-point inspection
• Perform top-side job duties, and/or bottom-side duties
• Inspect belts, hoses, and wiper blades
• Check air pressure of tires
• Inspect vehicles for additional repairs needed
• Advise Service department for additional mechanical service work
• Manage and facilitate daily shop operations including opening and closing on time on manager’s days off
• Assisting store manager in all aspects of the store management process
• Monitoring and training new employees
• Ensuring an organized, clean and visually pleasing store environment
• Cash management, Inventory management
• Oversees and manages all store operations when the Store Manager is absent

Qualifications

• 1-5 years Automotive experience, or
• Prior Management or Supervisor experience
• Customer Service experience preferred

Requirements:

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50 lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

Pay: $13.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 45.0 per week

Experience:

• Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
