D&D Sports Med is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Admin for our Aubrey location. This role is critical to clinic success—owning the patient experience, driving efficient scheduling, and supporting a high-performing outpatient therapy team.
Position Overview
The Front Desk Admin is the face of the clinic and the hub of daily operations. You’ll ensure a seamless patient experience, smooth scheduling, and strong communication across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the ambassador of the D&D Sports Med brand and clinic culture
Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and staff
Manage daily scheduling and patient flow
Educate patients on clinic programs beyond therapy services
Ensure intake paperwork is completed prior to appointments
Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and self-pay balances at time of visit
Qualifications
Front desk experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient with computers and scheduling systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Flexible, collaborative team player
