Position Overview
The School Administrator is the operational heartbeat of D&D School of Real Estate. This role ensures smooth daily operations, excellent student service, regulatory compliance, organized communication, and consistent brand presentation across all platforms.
This is not a passive front-desk job. This is a leadership support role with responsibility, ownership, and creative contribution.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Support & Communication
- Answer and manage daily phone calls and emails
- Assist students with course registration and order processing
- Provide guidance on pre-license, post-license, and CE requirements
- Ship books and manage course materials
- Maintain accurate student records
Course & Classroom Operations
- Coordinate class schedules and instructor logistics
- Prepare classroom materials and ensure room readiness
- Monitor attendance and documentation requirements
- Support both in-person and online course administration
- Assist with correspondence course processing
Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain records in accordance with Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) requirements
- Ensure proper documentation for course completions
- Monitor deadlines and regulatory reporting
- Maintain student files and compliance records
Administrative & Operational Support
- Process online orders
- Manage database and CRM updates
- Track inventory of books and materials
- Assist with reporting and internal organization
Marketing & Creative Support
- Design social media graphics, flyers, and course promotions using Canva
- Assist with email newsletter layout and formatting
- Create branded classroom materials and print collateral
- Maintain visual consistency across marketing and communications
- Support website content updates and announcements
Growth & Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Assist with expansion into new course offerings
- Support marketing campaigns and student retention efforts
- Help build systems that scale as enrollment grows
Qualifications Required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing high volumes of calls and emails
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Tech-savvy (CRM systems, email platforms, spreadsheets, online platforms)
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design software
- Creative eye for clean, professional design
- Professional demeanor
Preferred
- Experience in real estate, education, or administrative management
- Familiarity with Tennessee real estate licensing process
- Experience working in a small business environment
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles
Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
