Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Vehicle Handling
- Greet customers upon arrival and assist with vehicle drop-off and pickup.
- Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with customers and coworkers.
Service Department Support
- Transport vehicles to and from the service drive, wash bay, and technician areas.
- Assist technicians and advisors by moving vehicles through the repair process.
- Deliver vehicles to sublet vendors, detail, or body shop as directed.
Lot & Facility Maintenance
- Keep service lanes, parking areas, and loaner vehicle areas organized and clean.
- Ensure vehicles are parked neatly and tagged appropriately.
- Monitor and maintain fuel levels, tire pressures, and appearance of lot inventory.
- Perform light custodial duties such as trash removal, sweeping, and general tidiness.
Additional Duties
- Shuttle customers or employees when needed.
- Perform vehicle washes and interior vacuuming as requested.
- Support special dealership events or promotions.
- Follow all dealership safety policies and traffic flow procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
