D&D Mechanical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the successful execution of industrial, manufacturing, institutional, and commercial mechanical construction projects. What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. You will serve as the key liaison between clients, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership while supporting the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage mechanical and piping construction projects from estimation through closeout.

· Develop and maintain detailed project estimates, project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting.

· Prepare proposals, RFIs, submittals, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.

· Coordinate mechanical systems, process equipment, and piping installations.

· Conduct site visits, field verifications, and construction progress reviews.

· Lead communication with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

· Identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain profitability and project success.

· Support business development efforts and cultivate long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

Required

· Minimum 7 years of construction project management experience.

· Strong background in mechanical construction, piping systems, and process equipment.

· Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.

Preferred

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related field.

· Experience with design and modeling software.

· Knowledge of applicable building codes and permitting requirements.
