D&D Lawn Co. is hiring a Landscaping Crew Team Captain to lead our landscaping division in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage jobs independently, lead a crew efficiently, and deliver high-quality results without constant supervision.

Role Overview
As the Landscaping Team Captain, you are responsible for the execution and success of landscaping projects from start to finish. You manage crew workflow, job pacing, materials, and communication with the office while maintaining D&D Lawn Co.’s quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the crew through landscaping jobs including clean-ups, mulch installs, plantings, pruning, and bed work
- Assign daily tasks and manage job flow to stay on schedule
- Ensure all work matches job scope and D&D quality standards
- Communicate delays, scope changes, or material needs to the office
- Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are loaded, safe, and operational
- Order materials ahead of time for scheduled jobs
- Take required site documentation or video walk-throughs when needed
- Provide real-time training and feedback to crew members
- Represent D&D Lawn Co. professionally with customers at all times
Pay & Compensation
- Base Pay: $20.50/hour
- Performance Pay: 33% of revenue generated by the crew
- High-performing captains earn more by running efficient, well-managed jobs

Schedule
