Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Professional Hardscaping and Construction Specialist to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Install a variety of hardscape and landscape elements including stone, brick, concrete pavers, masonry structures, plants, trim trees, ext; with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to prepare sites, lay materials, and complete complex installations.
- Coordinate with team members on site to ensure seamless workflow during outdoor projects involving landscaping, drainage, and site restoration.
- Follow Directions what estimating tasks by assessing materials, labor needs, and timelines for efficient project planning.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and protocols diligently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hardscaping construction projects with a strong portfolio of completed outdoor installations.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment for various construction tasks.
- Knowledge of building materials and landscaping materials such as stone, brick, concrete, sod, plants, and other related products.
- 5 or more years of experience.
- Ability to operate equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols on-site.
- Strong outdoor work experience with an understanding of environmental conditions affecting construction activities.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and interpreting technical instructions effectively.
- Construction management or estimating experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated.
