- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience or prior work in the golf or automotive industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are an advantage
- Physical ability to handle tools, lift equipment, and work on-site in various conditions
