Daily responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the integration of software and hardware systems to ensure compatibility and functionality.
- Provide support for troubleshooting integration issues, identifying basic technical problems, and assisting in their resolution under supervision.
- Maintain and update integration documentation, records, and manuals to reflect current configurations and changes.
- Conduct basic integration testing to ensure that different systems work together effectively and without errors.
- Assist in training and support to end-users on systems, integrations, and processes to ensure a smooth transition and adoption.
Key skills that will set you up for success:
- Knowledge and experience in NetSuite and Celigo.
- Understanding of IT systems, including operating systems, networks, and databases.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot basic integration issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document procedures and provide clear instructions to end-users.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.
- Familiarity with integration testing methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow predefined processes and guidelines accurately.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in NetSuite ERP and Celigo integration tool.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field from an accredited college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
