Job Summary
The Admin III role serves as a senior administrative support position with leadership responsibilities. This role supports department compliance, assists with payroll-related processes, and ensures operational efficiency across scheduling, fleet management, and administrative functions.
This role requires continuous, real-time computer use throughout the entire shift, including typing while speaking with customers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership support to the administrative team and ensure daily workflow compliance
- Act as the primary escalation point for Admin I and Admin II staff, assisting with issue resolution and decisionmaking
- Assist with employee paperwork related to payroll, including timecards, spiffs, and incentive tracking
- Utilize Geotab to monitor technician activity, routing, and timecard accuracy
- Support permitting, licensing, and certificate of insurance (COI) processes
- Assist with fleet safety coordination, including meetings, inspections, and maintenance scheduling
- Communicate operational updates, issues, and trends to management
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and administrative documentation

Technical Skills Requirements
- Strong proficiency using computers in a professional work environment
- Ability to type efficiently while speaking with customers and entering information in real time
- Experience navigating multiple systems, screens, and software platforms simultaneously
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to quickly learn and manage multiple operational systems
- Experience with ERP or business management systems (such as Acumatica or similar platforms) is preferred and highly valued
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous administrative, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Experience supporting team operations, training, or leadership responsibilities preferred
- Ability to learn technical product knowledge
