Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Visit prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Contract Negotiation: Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with a focus on longterm customer relationships.
- Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts; provide regular updates to management.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the marketing department to create promotional materials and improve brand visibility.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in outside sales or a similar clientfacing role is strongly preferred. Garage Door Experience and Construction Background is highly preferred.
Work Environment & Benefits
- Travel: Frequent local travel within your assigned sales territory is required.
- Office Base: While primarily fieldbased, some administrative work and team meetings will be conducted from the office.
