- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and organizing work areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing tools, equipment, and materials needed for various tasks
- Operate basic machinery and equipment following safety protocols and training
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues
- Assist with inventory management by counting, labeling, and storing supplies properly
- Complete routine documentation related to job tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to follow instructions closely
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment operation is advantageous
- Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude toward hard work
