Experienced Automotive Service Advisor
Dell's Service Center | Green Bay, WI
Pay: $50,000–$75,000 per year (Base Pay Performance Bonuses)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
No Weekends. No Late Nights.

Dell's Service Center is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to build trust, educate customers, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create an outstanding first impression.
- Build trust by listening to customer concerns and educating them on their vehicle's needs.
- Prepare repair estimates and confidently present recommended services.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate communication and timely repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Deliver an exceptional experience that earns repeat business and referrals.
- Help the team achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (dealership or independent shop).
- Proven ability to build relationships and consistently achieve sales goals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and shop management software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
