Architectural Project Manager
We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead the coordination, technical development, and delivery of commercial construction documents. This role is responsible for guiding projects through the design and documentation process, coordinating internal staff and outside consultants, maintaining quality and code compliance, and supporting efficient project execution from concept through permit and construction documentation.
Not all projects follow the same delivery model, but this role will have access to construction-side insight and support as needed during the design process, benefiting from practical input on construction, coordination, sequencing, and overall project execution. The role is also supported by internal administrative staff for routine accounting, billing, and invoicing tasks, allowing the Project Manager to stay focused on project coordination, consultant management, technical delivery, and team leadership.
