Maintenance Technician – Full Time
DC III Property Management is hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician for our apartment communities in the Troy/Lincoln County area.
Duties include:
- Apartment maintenance and repairs
- Turnovers and make-readies
- Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
- Preventative maintenance
- Property upkeep
Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.
