Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Center Representative, located in Tenafly, NJ. The representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound phone calls, following up on customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Other day-to-day tasks include assisting with sales efforts by identifying potential customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
