The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a vital role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue streams. The BDM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
• Conduct thorough research to uncover new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, industry events, and research.
• Qualify and assess potential leads to determine their fit with the company's services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential partners.
• Cultivate and nurture partnerships that can contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for converting leads into customers.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or business development within the elevator industry or a closely related field.

• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex elevator systems and technologies.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Work Environment & Hazards:
