What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beekeeper position at D & C Bees Inc.?
Duties may include: Work with bees in all stages of their life, from the egg through fully developed workers, drones, and queens. Assess bee colonies to determine if bees need food or medication. Must assist in honey extraction and harvesting. Move, clean, and inspect and repair equipment. Clean bee yards grounds, & other related Beekeeper activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org).
Possible weekend/holiday work. The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate.
