Role Description
This is a on-site role for a Softball Instructor located in Hebron, KY. The Softball Instructor will provide individualized and group instruction to players to improve their skills and techniques in softball. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, conducting training sessions, and evaluating player performance. Additionally, the instructor will offer support and guidance to players to help them achieve their goals, while ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment. Must be available evenings and occasional weekends.
Qualifications
- Skills in Softball to effectively instruct and train players
- College experience required (Pitching and/or Hitting Instruction preferred)
- Strong abilities in Instruction and Communication to deliver clear, structured, and impactful coaching sessions
- Experience in Customer Service to provide a positive experience and build relationships with players and their families
- Passion for developing athletes and helping them reach their potential
- Previous coaching or instructional experience is a plus
