Administer basic treatments such as injections or wound care under supervision, following all safety protocols. Manage patient scheduling, confirm appointments, and handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently. Maintain inventory of medical supplies, restocking as needed to support uninterrupted clinic operations. Provide compassionate support to patients by answering questions, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns with professionalism.
