Verizon Team Member Responsibilities
- Guide customers through every stage of the service experience, from initial consultation and product selection to installation and follow-up support.
- Meet with customers directly to provide expert recommendations and personalized assistance.
- Build and maintain customer accounts by identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Participate in hands-on training alongside experienced team members to gain in-depth knowledge of Verizon’s products, services, and systems.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
- Collaborate with other Verizon Team Members to achieve sales objectives, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
Verizon Team Member Qualifications
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems while accurately maintaining customer information.
- Prior Verizon Team Member experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence when handling customer concerns.
