Entry Level Sales Coordinator Responsibilities
- Confidently engage with customers in a sales-based setting, initiating conversations to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on Verizon's top-tier telecommunication products and services.
- Actively sell cutting-edge wireless devices, home services, and comprehensive mobile plans, consistently meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive and informative sales experience that builds lasting brand loyalty.
- Strategically plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launch events to maximize customer engagement and sales volume.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings, using insights to refine sales strategies.
- Document and maintain accurate customer and sales records using our CRM system to track progress and forecast future performance.
