Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and help them plan for a more secure future.
- Educate clients on financial protection strategies and long-term planning solutions that help safeguard their families.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with clients to review needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up to ensure excellent service.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship programs to continue developing professional skills.
- Work closely with leadership to develop personal performance goals and career growth plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and positive client experience.
- Continuously develop knowledge in financial services, personal development, and client relationship management.
