Experienced CNC Machinist

D&B Fabrication Plus, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience, be proficient in G-code programming, and have strong expertise in tooling, speeds and feeds, machine setup, and interpreting manufacturing drawings.Responsibilities:Interpret engineering drawings and apply geometric tolerancingSet up and operate CNC machines with precisionOptimize tooling and cutting parameters for efficiency and qualityEdit and write G-code programs as neededCollaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlinesUtilize Fusion 360 for CAM programming and toolpath creationQualifications:Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experienceStrong knowledge of G-code, tooling, speeds/feeds, and part setup on the CNC machinesProficient in reading and understanding manufacturing drawingsExperience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)Proficient with Fusion 360 CAM softwareSelf-motivated, proactive, and a strong team playerEager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentWe offer:Full Benefit PackageCompetitive compensation based on experience ($25/hr to $35/hr)Opportunities for growth and skills developmentSupportive team environmentReady to join a forward-thinking team?
