D&B Construction is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team! The Construction Superintendent will manage the schedule and activities of a multi-family construction project.

Responsibilities:
- Review job plans and construction contract documents
- Understand construction codes
- Understand project plans and submittals
- Obtain permits
- Coordinate and manage the schedule and all activities of the project
- Receive materials
- Maintain an organized and clean site
- Complete Inspection checklists to ensure quality
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and trade partners
- Utilize Procore to track and update project status
Competencies:
- Construction knowledge and ability to read construction contract documents
- Ability to lead a team of subcontractors and field carpenters
- Proficiency with taking and uploading digital photographs
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to follow and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Ability to problem solve
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience as a superintendent
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred:
- OSHA 10 training
- Homebuilding background
- Proficiency in Procore or similar software
