D'avant Bakery is the largest Korean bakery in the Northeast. We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Management: Ensuring company compliance by overseeing operations.
- Personnel Management: Handle employee hiring, scheduling and training.
- Inventory & Ordering: Maintain optimal inventory levels and order supplies.
- Facility Coordination: Coordinate with appropriate vendors and contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance of store equipment and facilities.
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and English is required.
- Strong Sense of Responsibility and dedication.
- Prior experience in Retail or Service Operations/Management is preferred.
Work Schedule & Conditions
- Work Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work on either Saturday or Sunday.
- Holiday Availability: Must be available to work on holidays.
Compensation
- Salary: Starting annual salary of $52,000 during a 4-month probationary period, increasing to $60,000 upon successful conversion to regular employee status. Opportunity for promotion to GM after 1 year based on performance, with a salary increase.
