Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care, landscaping, and horticulture projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion
- Lead crew members in performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and irrigation setup
- Oversee safety protocols and proper use of equipment to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and best practices in horticulture
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
- Manage supplies, tools, and equipment inventory to support efficient job execution
- Assist with construction projects involving landscape installation or tree care when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor services
- Supervising or leadership experience in a crew environment within the lawn care or horticulture industry
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, gardening techniques, and general horticulture practices
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination and client interactions
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment or materials as required
