Duties
- Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks.
- Assist with landscape maintenance including Hand pulling weeds, pruning, tree care, and garden bed upkeep.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to keep tools in optimal condition.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating landscaping or construction equipment is preferred.
- At least 3 years experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, an LCB license a plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care techniques, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
