Key Responsibilities & RequirementsWe are seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for holistic wellness and exceptional service, who will ensure every guest receives a personalized and five-star spa experience. Core Responsibilities:Guest Consultation and Care: Conduct thorough and professional consultations with guests to assess needs, discuss health history, identify contraindications, and tailor treatments accordingly. Maintain accurate and confidential client treatment records/charting.Service Delivery: Provide expert, consistent, and timely massage services as outlined in the spa menu, including specialty treatments like Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Hot Stone therapies.Resort Integration: Professionally and efficiently perform In-Room Services (massages provided within the hotel guest suites) upon request, adhering to all resort protocols.Treatment Room Management: Ensure treatment rooms are immaculate, properly stocked, and sanitized before and after every session, following the highest standards of hygiene.Retail and Enhancement Recommendations: Educate guests on the benefits of services and professional retail products/enhancements, and make appropriate recommendations to support their continued wellness.Adherence to Standards: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times, strictly adhering to all D'ames Spa and resort policies, procedures, and scheduling guidelines.Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the Spa Management team regarding supplies, equipment issues, and guest feedback to ensure seamless operations. Mandatory Credentials:Current and valid California Massage Therapist License.Professional Liability Insurance. Required Experience:Proven experience in providing a wide range of massage modalities.Expertise in performing Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Hot Stone therapies.Comfort and experience performing In-Room Services.
