This position offers a competitive compensation package including salary, commission, and monthly bonus opportunities.
Expected Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Nissan vehicles, features, technology, and available packages
- Deliver a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Work collaboratively with Sales Managers and team members to achieve sales goals
- Maintain professionalism, organization, and a positive attitude daily
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Previous Nissan experienced preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
