Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Foreman/Team Leader with 2 years in construction to oversee and manage teams and construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution and team coordination. In this role, you will lead a crew of skilled workers, manage daily operations on construction projects, and ensure that all work meets building codes and client expectations. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on various construction projects
• Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion
• Oversee construction maintenance tasks including cleaning up materials on the job site.
• Enforce local building codes and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and local building codes during project execution
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to improve skills in construction, equipment operation and local building codes.

Skills

• Proven supervising or team management experience within construction environments
• Strong knowledge of construction maintenance.
• Ability to lead a crew in diverse tasks.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate team members
• Familiarity with construction projects and site-specific requirements
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and project tracking
• Knowledge of building codes, construction, and equipment use
