About The Role
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist Clerk to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience. As a critical part of the team, you will handle administrative and clerical tasks while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires a strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Manage and organize correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
- Book and coordinate meeting rooms and provide support for scheduling requests.
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area to reflect a professional environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and file management.
- Provide general support to the Customer Support department as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or clerical role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with common office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.

The pay range for this role is:
17.20 - 37.11 USD per hour(Remote (Longview, Texas, US))
