CZN Cleaning Co. is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team.

This position involves servicing two commercial locations in the North Charleston area. The selected candidate will be responsible for completing cleaning assignments at both locations, so reliable transportation is required.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Hours

Approximately 16–38 hours per week

Schedule

The position includes two recurring commercial cleaning assignments:

Day Shift

• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Scheduled on select days throughout the week

Evening Shift

• 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Scheduled Monday through Friday

The two locations are approximately 15 minutes apart. Because the position requires working at both locations, reliable transportation is required.

The schedule may provide opportunities for an employee to work both shifts on the same day when scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine commercial cleaning and janitorial services
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and high-touch areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Clean and maintain assigned areas
• Follow cleaning checklists and client specifications
• Report supply needs, maintenance concerns, or other issues to management
• Complete assigned work thoroughly and on schedule
• Maintain a professional and respectful presence at client locations

Requirements

• Reliable transportation is required
• Must be able to travel between two assigned locations
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow instructions and cleaning checklists
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
