Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager specializing in Asphalt Sales to lead our sales team and drive growth within the asphalt industry. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within the asphalt market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales tactics.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our asphalt products and services.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction materials or asphalt industry.
  • Strong background in customer service with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and effective communication.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, market dynamics, and competitive landscape is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
