Joining the Czarnowski Collective means the opportunity to be more than a number, more than a job title, more than a spectator. We are a collective of dreamers and thinkers, doers, and makers…and we’re searching for more of the same to join the ranks.

The Purpose

We are looking for a Lead Installer to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building, problem-solving, and leading by example. You'll actively participate in every phase of the installation and dismantle process while helping coordinate the crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

This position serves as a Junior Foreman and is designed for experienced installers who are ready to take the next step in their careers. This is not a desk-based management role, our Lead Installers work alongside the crew every day, performing the same physical work while helping keep projects on schedule.

The Job

  • Perform hands-on installation and dismantle of temporary exhibits, flooring, walls, fixtures, and related materials.
  • Work alongside the foreman and installation crew to load, carry, position, assemble, level, and dismantle exhibit components
  • Lead by example by actively participating in the work and supporting the crew wherever needed.
  • Assist in directing labor crews to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Independently build smaller structures and assist with larger, more complex builds with minimal supervision.
  • Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials while accurately completing transportation and shipping documentation.
  • Batch, stack, organize, and maintain materials within the warehouse and at project sites.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while promoting safe work practices.
  • Attend pre- and post-event team briefings to support effective project execution and communication.
  • Complete and submit weekly timesheets accurately and on time.

The Person

Our team members are dependable, hardworking, and take pride in delivering exceptional work. We're looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys working with their hands, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is a doer—someone who isn't afraid of hard work and jumps in wherever needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience in exhibit installation, carpentry, construction, industrial assembly, or a related trade preferred.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide approximately 75% of the time, including projects lasting several weeks. Company-provided transportation and travel accommodations are provided.
  • Ability to work at heights of 20 feet or more.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as project needs require.
