Overview
Czar Millwork is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position is responsible for the final quality check before our custom millwork leaves the shop. The ideal candidate takes pride in organization, accuracy, and making sure every delivery is complete and arrives at the correct jobsite.
Responsibilities:
-Wrap, protect, and package finished millwork for delivery.
-Read and understand work orders, shop drawings, and packing lists.
-Verify that all materials, hardware, and components are accounted for before loading.
-Coordinate with production to ensure orders are complete and ready for shipment.
-Load delivery vans safely and efficiently.
-Deliver materials to job sites throughout the tri-state area.
-Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
-Keep the warehouse and staging areas clean and organized.
-Assist with unloading incoming materials as needed.
Qualifications
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-Experience driving cargo vans or small box trucks preferred.
-Ability to read work orders and packing lists with excellent attention to detail.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to lift 75 pounds and handle large millwork components safely.
-Forklift experience is preferred (or willingness to be trained).
-Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
-Experience in cabinetry, millwork, construction, or manufacturing is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
