Czaplicki Family Dentistry is a modern, advanced, well-established private practice in Hales Corners, WI. Our services include Comprehensive Family and Restorative Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics, TMJ Treatment, and Dental Sleep Medicine. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DENTAL ASSISTANT / FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT
As a Dental Assistant, you are a vital part of our practice and help our dentists be as productive and efficient as possible. You'll arrive each day to our warm and inviting atmosphere where you feel like a valued member of the team. As you assist the dentists, you'll talk with patients and put both children and adults at ease with your gentle and kind demeanor. Your Helpful can do attitude make will you a joy to work with. Being conscientious about making accurate and detailed notes in our dental software (Dentrix) will be instrumental in keeping everything organized. When not assisting, you may spend some helping our front desk team, greeting patients, making appointments, taking payments, answering the phone, etc. You'll enjoy both meeting new people and touching base with long-time patients and get great satisfaction out of providing an important service to people in our community!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR DENTAL ASSISTANT / FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT
- You must be motivated to learn new things, be comfortable with technology, be a team player, and value our patient-centered attitude.
- We use Dentrix software, fully computerized in all ops and throughout the office, use Cerec technology, Digital x-rays and CBCT imaging, Lasers, and other advances.
- We are looking for a very friendly and compassionate person, with a sense of humor, seeking a positive culture.
- Willing to learn expanded assistant duties: comfortable fabricating temporary crowns, basic knowledge of the different disciplines of dentistry, taking accurate impressions and x-rays, some lab work, etc
