Skilled, Reliable, Maintenance Technician wanted for a full time position at a commercial real estate firm. Salary is based on experience and skillset. Excellent benefits after probationary period.
Individual will assist in the maintenance of properties on a 5 day full time basis (Monday through Friday and occasionally an evening or weekend during an emergency). A clean driving record and current license are required. Candidate should have the ability to interact cordially with tenants and subcontractors.
Qualifications: 1-3 years general construction
Preferred Skills:
Painting
Experience with commercial/residential electrical systems
Experience with commercial/residential plumbing and sewer systems
Experience with ladders, gutters, and roofing systems, comfortable with heights
Carpentry/drywall
Landscaping
Asphalt/concrete/masonry
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must have reliable car
- 1-3 years general construction experience
