We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team at Cyzner Institute. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Charlotte, NC. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, designing individualized behavior plans, monitoring progress, and providing training and consultation to parents and staff. The role also requires collaboration with other professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care to children with developmental and behavioral needs.
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Proficiency in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies
- Background in Psychology and understanding of learning differences and developmental disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and teammates
- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- At least one year of professional experience working with children with special needs is preferred
