The Junior Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, identifying, and generating new business opportunities via phone, email, and social networks.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — while building and managing a strong sales pipeline. This is a high-activity outbound role, requiring persistence, ownership, and a target-driven mindset.
The role involves selling a range of technology solutions, including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), IT services, and technology equipment (hardware).
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and generate new opportunities via cold calling, email, and social networks to build a strong pipeline
- Manage the sales pipeline through all stages: prospecting, outreach, demo, negotiation, and closing
- Take a consultative approach while engaging with multiple decision-makers
- Build strong relationships and position solutions based on customer needs
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, social selling, and product demonstrations
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Proven experience in sales
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Comfortable with outbound sales and high-volume activity
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
- Must be able to work from 8 am to 5 pm US Eastern Time
- Strong organizational skills including prioritization, scheduling, and time management
- Coachable and open to feedback to improve performance
- Positive attitude with a strong drive for results
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Exposure to warehousing, logistics, or supply chain industry
