The Technical Support Representative & Custom Account Project Associate serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams for custom cell culture products and services. This role combines project management, technical support, and customer relationship management to ensure successful delivery of custom media, serum, and processed liquid products while providing scientific and technical guidance throughout the customer journey.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Custom Product Projects, is part of the Technical Support and Custom Products teams and will be ONSITE at our facility in Logan, UT.

The Technical Support Representative & Custom Account Project Associate serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams for custom cell culture products and services. This role combines project management, technical support, and customer relationship management to ensure successful delivery of custom media, serum, and processed liquid products while providing scientific and technical guidance throughout the customer journey.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Custom Product Projects, is part of the Technical Support and Custom Products teams and will be ONSITE at our facility in Logan, UT.
What You Will Do
- Provide technical support and scientific guidance to customers and internal teams by answering product inquiries, assisting with product selection, troubleshooting performance concerns, and resolving technical issues.
- Analyze customer feedback, technical support activities, and project data to identify trends, drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for custom cell culture product projects, managing timelines, communications, approvals, and cross-functional coordination from project initiation through delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and manage custom product specifications, customer approval packages, technical documentation, and change control requirements while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer meetings, audits, training sessions, and technical investigations, while effectively communicating project status, technical findings, and recommended solutions.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project management, customer support, technical support, scientific support, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and project coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced degree (Master's) in a scientific discipline.
- Experience in cell culture, bioprocessing, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, or life sciences.
- Experience conducting technical investigations and problem-solving activities.
