The BioPharm Packaging Lead is responsible for correspond daily with QC and internal customers regarding orders and other inquires, reporting out daily management, completing all packaging requirements that are scheduled for each day, and training new hires, gauging their competency and providing feedback to the SC Manager on their progress.

This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is part of Supply Chain Team located in Hauppauge, NY and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Ensure all scheduled daily shipments are packed according to the SOP’s with no mistakes including preparing and assembling boxes each day for the following day’s shipments. Work directly with Quality to ensure all shipments are being checked and signed off per the SOP’s

• Conduct daily safety audits and report out any findings, assign actions, due dates, and owners

• Train any new hires and assess their competency to determine timing of when they can be signed off

Who you are:

• High school diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent

• 3 years of manufacturing experience

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs

The hourly range for this role is $28.00 - $31.00 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
