- Deliver in-person therapy for individuals, children (ages 5 ), couples, and families.
- Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR.
- Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.
- Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field
- Experience working with children is required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy
- Willingness to work fully in-office at our Riverside location, Monday to Friday.
- Annual Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)
