We’re hiring a Hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in Tualatin, OR. This is a full-time hybrid position offering the flexibility of a hybrid work environment while providing opportunities to deliver meaningful, high-quality care to clients in your local community.

Your Role at Cyti:
- Deliver services through a combination of in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals, children (ages 5 ), couples, and families.
- Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR.
- Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field
- Experience working with children is required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy
- Ability and willingness to provide in-person services in Tualatin, OR, while also providing telehealth services as part of the hybrid model.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
