About The Role
As a Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of Cytek to academic, clinical, and biopharma labs in your territory. You’ll combine technical know-how with strategic sales skills to drive revenue growth, support existing accounts, and help scientists achieve deeper insights using Cytek’s platforms.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Growth
- Identify and close new business in research, clinical, and biopharma environments
- Consistently meet or exceed territory sales targets
- Build strong relationships with current customers and uncover expansion opportunities
- Deliver product demos and presentations showcasing Cytek’s spectral flow cytometry solutions
- Serve as a trusted resource post-sale, ensuring smooth implementation and satisfaction
- Work closely with Field Applications and Field Service teams to support customer success
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize coverage and revenue
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer interactions in the CRM
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Represent Cytek at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Provide actionable feedback to leadership to inform broader business strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in flow cytometry; capital equipment sales is a strong plus
- Proven track record managing a territory and achieving sales goals
- Ability to translate complex science into compelling solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the territory (50–75%)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods during demos/events
- Must be able to travel by car, train, and air to customer sites across Western Canada

Salary : $110,825 - $120,000
