The Channel Representative is a highly organized, cross-functional team member responsible for supporting the success of our channel sales organization. This hybrid role combines channel account management support, partner marketing coordination, inbound business development (BDR) support, and light operational responsibilities. As AI-driven attacks accelerate to machine speed, most organizations still lack the tools to manage incidents end-to-end. Cytactic's agentic platform enables real-time, cross-functional response at machine speed - bringing together the people, processes, and data needed to contain and manage cyber incidents effectively, from preparation through resolution.


Key Responsibilities

Channel Account Management

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Channel Account Managers.
  • Assist with partner onboarding, enablement activities, and documentation.
  • Coordinate partner communications and follow up on outstanding action items.
  • Maintain CRM records, partner profiles, and account documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and partner business review materials.

Partner Marketing Support

  • Coordinate execution of partner marketing campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Manage marketing collateral requests and ensure partners have access to current assets.
  • Support webinars, trade shows, partner events, and promotional activities.
  • Track marketing campaign performance and assist with lead routing and follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on partner communications.

Inbound BDR Support

  • Monitor and qualify inbound partner and customer inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales or channel team.
  • Schedule introductory meetings and demos.
  • Maintain accurate lead status and activity within CRM.
  • Support lead follow-up campaigns and nurture activities.

Sales Support & Ops

  • Assist with quote requests, partner documentation, and sales administration.
  • Help maintain sales dashboards, reports, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Support meeting scheduling, internal communications, and team logistics.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementation.
  • Provide general operational support to the Channel Sales organization.


Travel: Up to 10–15% as needed for partner meetings, events, and internal team gatherings.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, channel operations, marketing, business development, or customer success.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-first mindset.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting channel partners or indirect sales organizations.
  • Familiarity with partner marketing programs.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and lead management.
  • Comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ensures inbound leads are responded to quickly and accurately.
  • Coordinates partner marketing initiatives efficiently.
  • Maintains accurate CRM and operational data.
  • Contributes to improved partner engagement and sales productivity.
