Job Title: Workday integrations with Pagero
Location: Minneapolis, MN / Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design, integration, and deployment of Pagero / Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE e-invoicing solutions.
- Drive the complete implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, integration, SIT/UAT testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
- Design and manage integrations between Workday, ERP systems, middleware platforms, cloud services, and external invoicing networks.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific EU e-invoicing mandates and regulatory requirements.
- Define and oversee integration architecture, data mapping, transformations, monitoring, validation, and error-handling frameworks.
- Collaborate with Pagero/Thomson Reuters teams, business stakeholders, security teams, and technology partners.
- Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence of invoicing solutions in cloud environments.
- Participate in vendor evaluations, RFP activities, and integration strategy discussions.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of IT, integration, or implementation experience.
- Proven experience delivering EU e-invoicing and compliance initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise with Pagero / Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE platform.
- Experience leading end-to-end e-invoicing implementations.
- Strong understanding of EU country-specific e-invoicing regulations and mandates.
- Experience working in multi-ERP enterprise environments.
Mandatory Skills
- Pagero Workday integration experience (Must Have)
- Strong understanding of Workday integrations and architecture.
- Experience with middleware platforms, integration patterns, and data transformation frameworks.
- Knowledge of canonical data models and enterprise integration best practices.
- AWS cloud experience including services such as S3, Lambda, and related integration services.
- Experience with validation frameworks, error handling, monitoring, and support processes.
- Exposure to vendor management, RFP participation, and connectivity architecture.
